As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working primarily with email and phone communication with Danish customers in connection to their purchases. The inquiries can be revolving around shipping questions, payment issues and even helping some customers place orders on the marketplace.
It is expected that your positivity shines through with every customer interaction opportunity and that the written communication meets the company’s brand image.
You will receive a comprehensive onboarding of the project, to ensure that you will have the best possible start on your new work. The onboarding will be done in English to ensure that the whole teams' needs are accommodated, which is why the company have set a minimum requirement of B2-level English.
