The client is an American multinational financial technology company operating an online payment system in the majority of countries that supports online money transfers and payments.
You will be joining the nordic office on Crete and will be responsible for handling all incoming calls/emails from danish customers. This includes helping them set up payments or canceling existing ones. You will also need to have an understanding of technical issues that may arise during the process of setting up or using our service (e.g., ensuring that there are enough funds in the customer's account).
