We are looking for Finnish to take part in an international team of Technical supporters for one of the world's biggest cloud-based software providers. In this exciting role, you will be working with customers regarding billing issues, transaction failures and other situations that might require troubleshooting all focused on customers from your home country.
Prior experience is a big plus, but being tech flair is enough on its own - You will receive a thorough onboarding process where you will get all the information needed, to ensure that you will be ready for any situation.
Working in an international environment and getting onboarding on English, it will be needed to have a minimum of B2-level English so that you can be prepared to spare with your colleagues.
