We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with tech flair to join our team. You'll be responsible for delivering high-level customer support for private consumers and companies. Your role will include answering calls and providing solutions in a professional and friendly manner. You'll also need to be able to work on your own initiative and be ready to relocate to Spain or already reside in Spain.
We're looking for someone with a problem-solving mindset who focuses on providing solutions for our customers, rather than just giving them the answer they've been searching for. We want someone with fantastic soft skills who can listen carefully, understand what the customer needs, and help them find that solution quickly.
If you have prior contact center experience (or have worked in customer service before), that's great! We love seeing people who have already expanded their skillset and applied them outside of their comfort zone - but having this kind of experience isn't mandatory! All we ask is that you know Norwegian and English (min B2).
