We are looking for a Swedish-speaking technical support agent to work with cybersecurity services to consumers in Athens.
As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing first-level assistance and troubleshooting to our customers via remote access. This includes, but is not limited to: helping them resolve technical issues and errors, assisting them with activating their products, and helping them manage their online accounts. Your responsibilities will also include providing guidance on how to use the product itself.
You must be fluent in Swedish and have a good command of English (both written and spoken) to be able to communicate effectively with customers. You should also be able to work well under pressure, as some calls may be urgent or time-sensitive.
