Are you looking to get starting a career abroad or simply try out what it is like working in the banking sector?
As a customer service representative on this project, you will be talking with users of online banking services that are currently present in 19 countries. It is important that you are empathetic and have good listening skills, as working with private consumers' finances can be a sensitive topic for many.
You will be working with danish customers and help provide in-depth
information about the products and services offered. The role is revolving
around supporting aspects and you will be working on maintaining the relations
of the current customers.
As you will be working in an international team we highly recommend that you are ready to use your English to create new relations and build on your language competencies while living abroad.
You will get a comprehensive onboarding on the project of approximately 4 work weeks, to ensure that you will be ready for any scenario you stand in with the customers. The onboarding will be done in English and your group might consist of a variety of nationalities - This is also a great time to get to meet your new co-workers!
