We are looking for Danish-speaking IT Support candidates, who have no problem sharing personal and professional skills. The customers that you will support are gonna be employees from bigger corporations and will be done both by telephone and by mail. Having a great understanding of IT is not necessary, but the willingness to learn is looked great upon. You are expected to be ambitious and have a high energy level as well as a drive for support.The position will include you getting more than 3.000 new colleagues to which you’ll be certain to get new connections, whereas some might last a lifetime!

Requirements:

• Ready to start in February latest
• A great communicator in English and fluent in Danish
• You are service-minded with a positive attitude and a good problem solver
• Both handle and take responsibility for your own tasks
• Finished highschool
