Singapore Airlines is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Athens, Greece. Your key responsibility will be to handle customer queries and bookings, including all aspects of pre-sales and after-sales support.
You will be responsible for responding quickly to customer requests via the phone or email, including queries about bookings, complaints, information requests regarding itinerary, prices and flight rules. You will also need to have experience working in an Airline industry booking services service (Amadeus tool).
A successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to quickly find information on the website/internal knowledge base.
