We are looking for Danish Technical Support Agents for an international online payment solution provider. Your tasks will lay in helping vendors and merchants with their devices while providing a high level of customer service.  All of your daily tasks will be done in your native language, but to have a good starting point to meet new people in the office, you should have B2-level English.

The job is done through various communication channels both written and via phone, therefore it is crucial that you are fluent in Danish for your daily tasks.

If you are coming from abroad, you will be offered a relocation package to help you get settled. This relocation package includes, paid flight ticket, pick-up from the airport and 2 weeks of paid accommodation. You will have your own real estate agent, who will help you find an apartment under your terms!

Requirements:

- Ready to start in Greece soon

- A great communicator both in English (at least B2) and are fluent in Danish
