Do you have flair for customer service and have great soft skills?
Working as a Customer Service Agent, you will have your daily tasks in Finnish where you will communicate with customers via Phone, Email and chat. As you will be working for a travel agency, the queries that you will receive will revolve around relocation to a hotel, booking problems and general help with using the portal.
With the recent opening of most of the world after the pandemic, you will have a busy work day filled with travel-happy customers who have been eager to get abroad experiences once again.
You will become part of a nordic team and the onboarding will be done in English to accommodate the teams' languages and ensure that you all have the best possible start. This means that the company have set a minimum requirement of B2-level English, which will help you on a personal level when living in Portugal as well as enable you to communicate with your new colleagues!
