We are looking for Italian Customer Service representatives for a mobile banking service provider!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact with customers via phone, chat and email. Therefore it is crucial that you can communicate clearly both written and verbally.
Your daily tasks will all be done in your native language, but to ensure that you can communicate with your colleagues we endorse applying if you have at least B2 English!
If you are coming from abroad, you will be offered a relocation package to help you get settled. This includes a paid flight ticket, accommodation and the company helps with all needed registrations in Greece!
